quick update

Hello,

Things are just moving along quite nicely! My stomach seems like it is growing every day! Last weekend when I was in St Louis I looked at myself and thought - wow, I finally look pregnant! Must be true b/c most people aren't shy about asking me when I am due! The stomach has popped.

Other news - we put an offer on a house- had the inspection - and should close in early May! Here is a picture. Cute front porch - finished attic, great hardwoods, nice molding! It is in Broad Ripple, which is the area we live in now and love. Yay!
Life has been crazy busy between BBM, the house, and the new job responsibilities. I can hardly keep it all straight.
In other news - Courtney ran her first marathon and did fantastic! Under 4 hours!!!!! Woohoo! Patrick was accepted into the Peace Corps and in early June will be leaving to teach English in Mongolia for the next 27 months. He'll miss BBM, but by the time he returns, BBM will be able to play and will be much more fun for his uncle! Lots of changes in the family.
Mardi's 4th birthday is coming up - she has gotten some great cards from PetSmart and PetCo - so nice to think of her - LOL! We'll have to go to the Three Dog Bakery to get treats for both dogs and get them both new toys as well to celebrate. Pretty soon they'll have a nice fenced in yard to run around in - which they'll really love! Good thing, since their lives will significantly change once BBM arrives!

11-12 week Pics

My protruding belly and bigger body!!!!

Mardi - one of my current babys'! (Though come Sept, I guess she'll just be a dog)
Tucker - my other baby! And such a big baby he is!!!!

Things are moving along well - starting to tell more people, which is really fun! Headed home next weekend to tell the grandparents in person - can't wait!

Started doing some research today on things - I think I need to join Consumer Reports - McCool Baby will need the best and safest crib, car seat, stoller, etc.... to say the least!
